Job Summary

Matrix Bricks Infotech is looking for Sales & Client Relationship Executive having hands on experience on acquiring new customers, manage acquired customers and be accountable for constantly increasing the revenue per customer as per the Business objectives of the organization.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Should be good at making presentations
  • Calling up Customers, Attending Sales Enquiries, Providing Basic Information and collecting customers information
  • Follow up with Customer and correspondences and communicating with sales executives
  • Coordination with Customers, and Sales Exe. For fixing up appointments
  • Must have good communication and presentation skills
  • Must help in marketing through emails or posting adverts etc
  • Manage internal communication
  • News letters to clients
  • Brochures
  • Internal branding
  • Be in touch with the clients and resolves issues proactively
  • IT industry experience will be value addition
  • Preferably Femal
