Navratri is finally here!

Happy-NavratriNavratri is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in this country and it is one of the longest as well. The festival is finally here and Matrix Bricks Infotech will celebrate this festival for all nine days. All of us at MBI wish everyone a very Happy Navratri. Celebrate with lots of garba and dance relentlessly as if there is no tomorrow!

Intrinsically speaking, Navrati means Nine Nights in Sanskrit and it is followed by Dusshera or Vijayadashmi. Some people also fast during these nine days as an obeisance to Durga.

Legend says that during Navratra, Goddes Durga killed Mahishasura – a demon who harassed innocent people. The battle was fought over nine nights and on tenth day, the Goddess finally beheaded Mahishasura. Hence, the tenth day is also called Vijayadashami.

Another legend says that Rama was a great devotee of Goddess Durga and worshipped her for nine days for gathering strength to fight Ravana. On the tenth day, Rama killed Ravana and hence this day was later known as Dusshera which signified Rama’s triumph over the evil.

Celebrate this festival great pomp and enjoy Garba.
All of us wish you a very Happy Navratri.
